After a long period of planning the Jacobs GmbH is going to build a new company-building this spring. The contract was signed at the end of January. After extending the capacity a lot of times before in Rödermark and big extensions of the warehouse capacity in Italy the full potential was taped at the old location.
“We have analyzed every working process again and then decided to build a new company building. This is the only way to reproduce every operational sequence,” explains Michael Jacobs, CEO of Jacobs GmbH.
After searching for the optimal location for the new building Eppertshausen was discovered as the best place. For the customers as well as for the employees it has an ideal reachability.
“More and more customers find their way to us while planning their new collections. The possibility to see the presented goods makes it easier to choose the material,” explains Bernd Jacobs, CEO of Jacobs GmbH
The central location in the middle of the Rhein-Main-Area inures to the benefit of the company. Both the warehouse capacity and the office capacity were nearly doubled because of the good business in the past but now the new building will allow a further growth.
