Jacobs with new product: stretch cowhide leather

Jacobs GmbH has now introduced a new product, a cowhide stretch leather; until now, only small animal hides had been offered as stretch leather. "Now we can create cuts that were previously unthinkable," says Michael Jacobs, Managing Director of Jacobs GmbH. He is thinking, for example, of a boot shaft in a single cut. This is a decisive advantage, especially for brands in the high-end segment. "We are constantly developing new things. Whether it is chrome- or metal-free items or new fashionable combinations in the finish, but to develop a cowhide stretch leather as a world first fills us with a certain pride," Jacobs continues enthusiastically. Jacobs has already created a women's boot as a prototype.
